Important Dates and Deadlines
When you complete Western’s Housing Agreement you are accepting a contract that states that you plan to live on campus from your move in date through the end of the academic year. Below you will find important quarterly Housing dates and deadlines.
Fall 2024
Thursday, Sept. 19 - Sunday, Sept. 22
Fall Move-in (9am - 4pm)
Meal service in the dining commons begins with Thursday dinner.
Friday, Dec. 13
Anyone moving out at the end of the quarter must be properly checked out by 4pm. See Winter and Spring Checkout Penalty
Meal service in the dining commons ends at 3pm and will be closed for winter break.
Winter 2025
Sunday, Jan. 5
New Residents Move-in (10am - 3pm)
Meal service in the dining commons resumes at 3pm.
Friday, Mar. 21
Anyone moving out at the end of the quarter must be properly checked out by 4pm. See Winter and Spring Checkout Penalty
Lunch is the last meal served in the dining commons before closing for spring break.
Spring 2024
Sunday, Mar. 30
New Residents Move-in (10am - 3pm).
Meal service in the dining commons resumes at 3pm.
Friday, Jun. 13
All residents must be properly checked out by 4pm, unless registered for summer housing.
Lunch is the last meal served in the dining commons before closing for the summer.
