What is ResTek?

ResTek (Residential Technology Services) provides technology and internet support in the WWU residence halls, run by ATUS (Academic Technology and User Services).

Register Your Device

The device registration portal enables users to add devices to the "WWUwireless-Guest" network without needing to log in. To access it, users must be connected to the "WWUwireless-Secure" network.

  • Browse around this site for helpful information and troubleshooting tips!
  • Contact ATUS for any issues in your residence hall regarding internet connectivity, computer labs and printers, and entertainment centers. Use the online form to submit a request. Requests are generally responded to within 24 hours with the exception of weekends. Please check your email for any messages from us after submitting a request.
  • For system or network outages during late evening or weekend hours, please call the non-emergency number for Western Police at (360) 650-3555.
