Frequently Asked Questions

Parking is done separately from Guest Housing operations. Transportation Services (transportation@wwu.edu) has different options for group parking, and they vary based on where guests want to park, summer vs. school year, and the size of the group. We advise those coordinating with Transportation Services to also communicate what the rules are for the group reservation, as the Conference & Guest Housing staff do not oversee parking operations on campus.

Our residences halls do not have AC. Every room has a window that may be opened.

A majority of our dining locations close during the summer. We typically have an open market and coffee stand available during the summer, and one dining commons (meals can be purchased upon entry with a debit or credit card). Dining availability is subject to change depending a number of factors (staffing, construction, etc).

For more information on open dining locations and hours of operation, visit Dine On Campus
