If your device was booted off the "WWUwireless-Guest" network despite the alert on myWestern, you can manually reconnect your device to the Guest network by:
Forgetting/Clearing the Guest network settings in your device (if you've been connected before)
Finding the "Manual setup" or "Manually connect" setting in your Network/Advanced Network Settings
Entering the following credentials:
SSID: WWUwireless-Guest (for this one, try both with, then without a capital 'g')
Security Type: None
Note that the SSID is case-sensitive.
If you were still unable to connect, please take a screenshot of the credentials you entered and the error that shows up when you tried connecting and submit it with your ticket to ResTek.
