Smartphones

VoIP or IP Phones

Some VoIP or IP telephones have wireless (Wi-Fi) functionality, but this Wi-Fi function on the device must be turned off. (ResTek staff can help with this if needed.)

In order to use a VoIP or IP telephone on the ResTek network, you will have to connect the phone to the left, orange Ethernet port (click here for info on Ethernet), and then follow the instructions on our Device Registration webpage.

Landline

Landline telephone service is only available upon request, and you must supply your own phone and phone cable. For landline service, please visit the this website.
