Residential Technology Services (ResTek) is a University Residences program at Western Washington University that provides technology and internet support in the WWU residence halls.
Our device registration portal enables users to add devices to the "WWUwireless-Guest" network without needing to login. To access it, users must be connected to the "WWUwireless-Secure" network.
Don't hesitate to contact us for any issues in your residence hall regarding internet connectivity, computer labs and printers, and entertainment centers. Browse around for the information you need, use our online form, or send an email to submit a request for help. Requests are generally responded to within 24 hours with the exception of weekends.
