Vaccination Sites 

In case you missed our email on April 21, Bellingham Technical College, SeaMar and PeaceHealth are taking vaccine appointments for WWU students and the Whatcom County Community.

Mandatory Testing Waved After Immunity Period Reached 

Any fully vaccinated student with an on-campus presence will no longer be required to participate in surveillance testing every two weeks. To be cleared from this testing requirement, students can submit a copy of their COVID Immunization Card to the Student Health Center (SHC) via the secure patient portal at MyWesternHealth.   

Please note: Daily health screens will continue to be required.

Housing Renewal Offers Posted

The Renewal Lottery is complete and results posted at MyHousing. Everyone who met the renewal deadline was in the lottery draw for a room selection spot.

If you were not one of the renewal applicants to receive an offer, you are placed on a renewal waitlist, and will receive an email notification on your student account as space becomes available.

Missed the April 15 Deadline?

If you think you might want Housing fall 2021, there is still time to apply for Housing Renewal. All applicants who apply after the April 15 deadline are automatically put on a waitlist.

Dorm Room Movers

Move-out day will be here before you know it. Dorm Room Movers is here to help you with your stuff this summer so you can focus on what really matters – school.

Here’s how it all works:

  • They send you boxes and tape. You pack - that’s it.
  • They pick up your items, store them while you’re away, and deliver everything back before you return.
