Move In Day
Students will be arriving throughout the day on Sunday, March 28. Make sure you welcome our incoming residents (and make sure to keep social distance!).
Schedule your mandatory COVID-19 test
Students living on campus are required to get tested within 24-48 hours of their winter quarter arrival.
Western’s COVID-19 testing clinic, Fraser Hall, will re-open Monday, March 29. Space is limited! No walk-ins accepted. Appointments are first-come, first-served.
Make your online appointment now at studenthealth.wwu.edu/mywesternhealth.
If you have been in contact with a COVID positive individual or have COVID-like symptoms on the day of your appointment, please cancel your appointment at Fraser Hall. Then call the Student Health Center at 360-650-3400 and ask to speak to a nurse. Student Health Center staff will be happy to arrange alternative COVID testing as needed.

Facilities Amenities Supply Survey
Help Facilities evaluate the supply distribution by filling out a brief survey about the quality and quantity of your toilet paper, trash bag supply, and recycling bins.
The survey is broken down by hall and suite-style residential type:
Room readiness and bed inspections through April
Facilities staff will complete priority Room Readiness inspections on March 26 in preparation for Spring Move In.
Staff will continue on-going room readiness checks through April between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and will follow University Residences standard protocol before entering your suite.
Please note: All staff wear required personal protective equipment while cleaning your space.
