Move In Day is this Sunday, Jan. 3 Vikings!

Below you will find important information to complete a successful Move In on Sunday, Jan. 3. Stay up-to-date with information by checking your email and the Move In page regularly.

Use the Move-In schedule tool to choose a set arrival time-slot.

Arriving during your scheduled time allows us to welcome you to campus and keep arrival traffic to a minimum. Choosing a move in time helps us provide a move-in experience that promotes the health and safety of residents and visitors as we continue to respond to COVID-19.

Schedule Your Move-In Time Today!

Schedule your mandatory COVID-19 test

As someone who has an on-campus presence this coming quarter, you have been given early priority to reserve your appointment for free COVID testing. Students living on campus are required to get tested within 24-48 hours of their winter quarter arrival.

Western’s COVID-19 testing clinic, Fraser Hall, will re-open Monday, Jan. 4. Space is limited! No walk-ins accepted. Appointments are first-come, first-served.

Make your online appointment now at studenthealth.wwu.edu/mywesternhealth.

Reach out to your suitemates

If you are moving into Fairhaven, Buchanan Towers, Edens Hall, Higginson, or Birnam Wood, reach out to the people who will share your living space.
