I really enjoy being a Resident Advisor because I love learning about people and helping them grow. When I was a first year student, my RA made a positive impact on the community I lived in, which inspired me to apply for the same position. Being an RA is a great opportunity to make a difference in other people's lives and to learn more about the world!
