Important Dates and Deadlines
When you complete Western’s Housing Agreement you are accepting a contract that states that you plan to live on campus from your move in date through the end of the academic year. Below you will find important quarterly Housing dates and deadlines.
Fall 2023
Thursday, Sept. 21 - Sunday, Sept. 24
Fall Move-in (9:00 am - 4:00 pm)
Meal service in the dining commons begins with Thursday dinner.
Wednesday, Sept. 27
Classes begin, and your student account balance is due.
Friday, Nov. 3
Last day of the quarter to downsize your meal plan.
Friday, Dec. 15
Anyone moving out at the end of the quarter must be properly checked out by 4:00 pm. See Winter and Spring Checkout Penalty
Meal service in the dining commons ends at 3 pm and will be closed for winter break.
Saturday, Dec. 16
