About
Hi! My name is Yuna Choi, and I'm currently a third-year student at Western Washington University, majoring in Management with a minor in Leadership Studies. I was raised in Japan and moved to the United States during high school. Living in a new country and adjusting to a different culture was both exciting and challenging, but it has helped me grow in so many ways and shaped who I am today. Some of my favorite things to do in my free time include hanging out with friends, taking pictures, running, crocheting, baking, and spending time outside. Especially when the sun is out in Bellingham! I also love exploring new coffee shops, listening to music, and finding small moments of joy in everyday life. As a Resident Advisor, I truly enjoy creating a welcoming, inclusive, and fun environment where residents can feel comfortable, be themselves, and connect with others. Building a strong community is really important to me, and I believe everyone deserves to feel supported and seen. Whether it's through planning events, having one-on-one conversations, or just being a friendly face in the hall, I'm here to help make your time at Western a positive and memorable experience.
