Lost or Stolen Card

If your Western Card is lost or stolen, contact the Western Card Office at 360-650-7414 to see if your card has been turned in. You are contacted through your MyWestern Email account to inform you if your Western Card is found. For immediate access to Wilson Library or dining halls, you should contact the individual departments:

Library privileges: contact the Wilson Library Circulation Desk at 360-650-3084
Dining Services: see the dining halls staff at any of the dining halls or contact Dining Services at 360-650-2970.

A replacement Western Card may be purchased for $8.00. This fee may be charged to a student account, or paid for at the time of purchase with cash, check, or a debit/credit card. Munch Money or meal plans will be transferred to the new card; however, copy money cannot be recovered from a lost Western Card. Students who have previously earned a degree from WWU, or are returning after an absence of two years or more, may be eligible for a complementary replacement card.
