Western Card Office

The Western Card is WWU's official identification and transaction card for students, faculty, and staff. Keep your card for the duration of the time you are enrolled or employed at Western.

A valid government issued photo ID is mandatory for acquiring a Western Card (e.g. driver's license, passport, or military ID). No one else can pick up your card for you.

Location:

Edens Hall Administrative Offices, Suite 108; just around the corner from the Housing Cashier window. (Edens Hall is located just north of Old Main at the north end of campus.)

Hours:

Monday through Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm while school is in session, including summer session.
The Office is closed for all University holidays.
Please call for an appointment during non-session hours.
