South Campus

Birnam Wood Apartments Buchanan Towers Fairhaven Fairhaven Commons

South Campus encompasses the south and east ends of campus and is home to the Fairhaven Complex, Buchanan Towers Community, and our two University apartment complexes.

The Fairhaven Complex houses the majority of our incoming freshmen students, and is a close-knit community of twelve buildings, or "stacks". The BT Community includes Buchanan Towers and BT East. Both communities interact regularly between buildings with programs, recreation and involvement.

Students living in South Campus enjoy the convenience of being a short walk or bus ride away from the Fairhaven Dining Commons as well as their classes. Bill McDonald Parkway gives students easy access to both the Sehome Village shopping center and I5.
