Coming for Fall 2008
The New York Apartments are leased by WWU for exclusive use by students through the University residential system. They are available for year-round occupancy by students with sophomore status or higher. Located two blocks south of the Campus Services Building, the apartments are linked to campus by bus lines, sidewalks and well-marked footpaths.

Features

All New York units include kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area, living room, bathroom, balcony, fire sprinklers, onsite parking and bicycle storage. Apartments are available in three styles:

• Three-bedroom units: one student per bedroom
• Three-bedroom units: two singles + one double bedroom
• One-bedroom units: one double bedroom

Furnishings Included

All units are fully furnished; partially furnished units are not available. The living room includes a sofa, coffee table and a lamp. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and a garbage disposal. Dining area has a table and chairs for four. Bedrooms are proportionately furnished with extra-long twin beds, desk with chair and dresser.

Utilities Included

Residential rates are available online. Most utilities are included, such as electricity, basic cable TV, high speed Internet, and water, sewer, garbage and recycling.

No Meal Plan Required

Meal plans are optional for residents of University apartments. More about meal plans for commuters and off-campus residents is available at University Dining Services.
