The University Residences Facilities staff is responsible for repair and cleaning of the residence halls and apartments.

About University Residences Facilities

University Residences consists of fifteen residence halls, one apartment complex, and five off-campus townhouse units. The residential program is located in three geographic locations: North Campus, Ridgeway, and South Campus. Each location houses approximately 1,300 students. A variety of living scales include eight and nine story high rises and three to five story low rises. Building densities range from a high of 402 students to a low of 50. A dining commons serves each geographic location.

The 2006 design capacity is 3,983 beds with 528 in apartments and 3,455 in residence halls. This includes 198 beds in triple rooms, and 74 on-campus single rooms. 20 single beds are located off campus in townhouse style apartments. The residence halls, apartments, three dining commons and the Commissary Warehouse total 984,498 square feet.
