The Underground Coffeehouse offers an environment not found anywhere else. It provides lounge space where you can relax, eat, drink, study and more. The comfortable furniture, subtle lighting, and pool table make for an eclectic ambiance. Furthermore, the Associated Students Underground Coffeehouse Concert Series hosts live entertainment three nights a week, including open mic and live musical performances.
Come for the ambiance, come for the entertainment but come hungry - our menu includes Tony's Fair Trade coffee and espresso, a variety of soups, specialty sandwiches, scrumptious bakery items and ice cream.
The two featured specialty sandwiches are:
Mt. Baker: Chicken Breast, Bacon, Swiss Cheese, Tomato, Apple Slices, Leaf Lettuce and a Honey Mustard Dressing
Roasted Red Pepper Cream Cheese: Roasted Zucchini and Red Peppers, Banana Pepper Rings, Red Onion, Provolone Cheese, Tomato, Leaf Lettuce and Roasted Red Pepper Cream Cheese
Choice of bread for either sandwich is Honey Wheat or Parisian Baguette.
