Bistro Night Theme Dinner is Coming Up

The final theme meal of Winter Quarter is coming up next week. On Thursday, March 5th, the three dining halls will present a Bistro Night Theme Dinner. It will be held at Viking Commons, Fairhaven Commons and Ridgeway Commons from 5:00 to 6:30pm.

Bring your appetites! The delicious, Italian-style menu is expected to include the following:

Starters:

Vegetarian Minestrone Soup and Zuppa Toscana
Classic Caesar and Marinated Vegetable Salads
Breadsticks

Entrees & Side Dishes:

Chicken Piccata with orzo pasta
Spaghetti and Meatballs
Pasta Bar featuring Shrimp Alfredo and Pesto Alfredo
Eggplant Parmesan
Roasted Vegetables
Whole Green Beans with diced red peppers

Four Varieties of Pizza:

Margarita
Red and Green Peppers, olives and mushrooms
Alfredo with chicken, roasted garlic, tomatoes
Italian meat

Desserts:

Spumoni ice cream
Tiramisu
Lemon Cream Cake
Chocolate Truffle Cake

Any Western Washington University students, faculty, staff or guests can attend the dinner by means of a Western meal plan, Munch Money, Dining Dollars, cash or credit card. The all inclusive price is $10.75, plus sales tax for cash and credit card payments.
