Student Catering

University Catering is proud to offer a new service with special menus and prices designed just for Western students, student organizations and student groups. (A valid WWU Student ID Card is required.)

With a menu including snack trays, sub sandwiches, pizza parties and desserts, Student Catering is perfect for those on a limited budget who are willing to pick-up their order. It’s quick, easy, and a great value

Payment for Student Catering can be made by credit or debit card, by check (payable to Sodexho), or by WWU Purchase Order. If a purchase order is being used, the PO Number must be provided when placing the order.

Placing your Order

  1. Review the Student Catering menu for a list of available choices and prices.
  2. Complete the order form (PDF) and get it to us by one of these methods:
    • Drop it off to the Catering Office in Viking Union 441, 9a – 4p, Mon – Fri
    • Fax your order to 360-650-3078 (We recommend you call 650-3933 to confirm the fax was received)
    • Send your order via campus mail to MS 9196
    • Send your order via snail mail to:

      Note: Please allow extra time for campus or snail mail to reach us.
    • Email your order to catering-info@wwu.edu
    All orders must be placed a minimum of 3 days in advance.
  3. All orders must be prepaid by credit or debit card, check (payable to Sodexho) or WWU purchase order. Sales tax will be added as applicable.
  4. All orders are for pick-up only (delivery isn't available). Please pick-up your order at Viking Union Café or Market during regular hours of operation.
  5. Orders canceled more than two working days prior, will not be charged. Orders canceled one or two working days prior to pickup will be charged at a rate of 50%. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 100% charge of the total order.
