Authentic International Cuisine

University Catering has worked diligently to establish a relationship with the Ethnic Student Center (ESC) at Western. From that relationship we have had the honor of catering at the ESC and other Associated Students Culture Nights. As a result, we have worked closely with the students in developing menus, holding tastings, and more. The following buffets were developed out of these events and we are happy to offer these options to you.
